ABOUT Ivan ‘Z’ Newell
Ivan ‘Z’ Newell has been a full-time licensed Realtor and Broker since 1986, always seek to put his client’s interests ahead of his own. ‘Z’, as he prefers to be called, began his real estate career in Ithaca, NY. After proving himself to be one of the top agents at Century 21, he joined Audrey Edelman & Associates (now Howard Hannah Real Estate) as one of only four initial agents (including Audrey herself).
Z moved away from Ithaca in the late 1990’s, continuing to help people buy and sell real estate in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area, and then onto Lexington, Kentucky, where he owned and operated LexHomes Real Estate with about ten active agents. After over 20 years away, he moved back to Ithaca to be close to his three beautiful grandchildren.

Z has always been an innovator, having one of the first web “pages” during the early internet era (along with a brick-sized cell phone!), a private 800#, and ultimately creating one of the very first Teams ever seen in real estate.
