Ivan ‘Z’ Newell has been a dedicated full-time Realtor/Broker since 1986, serving hundreds and hundreds of clients in Ithaca NY, Atlanta GA and Lexington KY over the span of 38 years. Returning to Ithaca after over 20 years away (so that he could be close to his grandchildren), ‘Z’ formed Ithaca Home At Last, LLC, where he settled in to build the ‘Zbarn’ (barndominium) just on the outskirts of Ithaca.
